The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement between Digital Atelier and the client.

2. INQUIRIES AND COMMUNICATION

Submitting a contact form on our website constitutes an inquiry and does not create a binding agreement or client relationship. All partnerships are formalized through separate written agreements. Information submitted through our contact form will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, design elements, and branding, is the property of Digital Atelier or its respective clients and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Portfolio work displayed on this website represents completed client projects. Usage rights for client work are governed by individual client agreements.

4. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT

Project engagements with Digital Atelier begin at $2,300 per month. Final pricing is determined based on the scope and requirements of each partnership. Payment terms, schedules, and conditions will be outlined in individual service agreements.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Digital Atelier treats all client information, project details, and business strategies as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Digital Atelier provides its website and content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of website content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
